All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect selection of product or service.
- Dissatisfaction with the product or service after delivery or use.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, I may offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the product at forestkreationswoodshop@gmail.com Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.
